About this property

Magnifique Maison de Campagne Avec Piscine, à 10 min de L'océan

Come and spend a pleasant holiday in our spacious house and in the countryside. We live on the farm 10 minutes from St Gilles croix de vie and 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne. The Puy du Fou is 1 hour away. The house is surrounded by fields. You will also be able to meet our dog, Bella, and our cat Opal who are very cuddly. Bella lives outside and walks around the house as she pleases. We will just ask you to take care of them by feeding them.

The accommodation
Our house is fully equipped with a mezzanine containing a sofa bed. We have a bioclimatic pergola (with curtains to protect from the wind or sun) where you can relax in peace, a 12m by 4m swimming pool with a dome, a gas barbecue, a petanque court and a garden where you can find aromatic plants and vegetables in the summer. In winter you can enjoy the fireplace. The wood is under the awning.
Cleaning fee by substituting 100€.

Other remarks
We live on the farm. In summer, you can see our Charolais cows in the fields and in winter, do not hesitate to go and see them in the buildings where they will be warm.
