The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 25 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette, TV, stereo system and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room 20 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Stari Grad. The holiday house is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday apartment DAL HVA 025 (6 people) is located in the annex. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early October, 7.70 m x 3.10 m, 1.55 m deep).
