Just 500 m from the first fine sandy beaches and 2.5 km from the internationally renowned seaside resort, this property with private pool is an ideal base for enjoying Cannes and the Côte d'Azur. This beautiful Mediterranean-style house is situated on a closed plot, which is also secured by an electric gate.
The pool offers refreshment on warm days. Take your meals outside and enjoy the warm summer evenings with a delicious meal on one of the terraces.
Four bedrooms are located in the main part of the accommodation, while the fifth, together with a bathroom, is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a small external staircase. The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in a separate room. The proximity to a main access road and public transport means you can easily reach the city center.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 180.00 per stay. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
