This beautiful suite is above a detached garage so no need to have your car covered in snow! Air conditioning is also a blessing on any hot summer days! Tons of big windows, and less than 10 min drive to West Edmonton Mall! This is like an apartment but with no shared walls and is fully equipped. Within a few blocks from the area there is a strip mall that has groceries and even a McDonalds and a Canadian Brewhouse.
The suite can have four people. There is one queen and one single bed that converts into a king in the 2nd bedroom. Note that you need to go up a stairwell to get up to the suite. The suite is above the detached garage so the guest needs to enter in through the back alley. There is a single garage for the suite and the other side of the garage is for parking for the house (the garages are separated by a wall). Directions will be provided since it is a new area and GPS does not work well since it is a new area and is a laneway home which is a new form of housing.
This space is all yours. No one lives beside you, below or above. The only way you see the house family is if they happen to drive into the garage the same time as you, but both garages have a wall in between separating them so you don't need to worry about having the TV on too loud!
The West End area of Rosenthal is new but already has walking trails around ponds, bus service and shopping close by. It is close to both Anthony Henday and Whitemud so easy to get around the City. It is a very safe area.
