Bring your sunglasses and beach towels, this beautiful updated condo is a 6 minute walk to the 27th Avenue Beach Park and the Indian River Lagoon Park. Full kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. Three beach cruisers and a double kayak are included for your enjoyment. There is a community pool for your use as well along with a quiet balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks.

While the property is in a very quiet location., the interior is in shambles.

The property manager was extremely prompt and helpful with his communication. The location is good, However, the biggest drawback of the property is the interior. It needs a complete overhaul with the exception of the sofa. The furnishings are void of basics including lamps, cocktail table, end tables. One cookie sheet was the only ovenware provided. There were a few plates and bowls but not enough to accommodate the maximum set of guests allowed. Upon arrival the floor of the tub had not been cleaned and there was debris in the second bedroom and visible dust on the top of bunk bed. Additionally some food was left in refrigerator, the ceiling light was burnt out and several outlets did not work.

Great Condo for a stay

Property is clean, has a pool for the kids and great location to the beach and a park. Was perfect for our family of four.

My name is Lenin Vazquez. I live in Orlando, FL and love going to the beach especially NSB. It is my home away from home. The condo that I own is my hideaway for my family for short weekends and longer vacations. Our home is quiet, close to walking trails, kayaking and of course the beautiful beaches of NSB. The best part of being so close to the beach is that you have ability to come and go as you please! Lots of fun restaurants for brunch and dinner close by and very friendly neighbors.
