Our stay at the Village Sea House was definitely one to remember. The house was really nice and spacious. This was a family vacation so we had a total of 4 couples, with it being 8 adults and 3 kids under 4 years of age. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house had almost everything you could think of. And the golf carts are a huge perk! We are already planning another family vacation in the future and staying at this house.

We really enjoyed our stay in SSI! Our family had plenty of space to hang out together but also had our own spaces to retreat to at the end of the day. The pool was a huge win for us and the kids LOVED riding around in the golf carts! The home was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, or to plenty of restaurants and shops! Overall, we had a great visit!

If you are looking for a great place that’s hidden from the Island craziness but close enough to everything that the Island has to offer. This is your place. It was our second year renting and it was a 5/5 for second year. Love all the amenities along with the golf carts. Thanks again.

Beautiful house for our group of 8 adults. Peaceful neighborhood. Had a great time riding around the island on the golf carts. Pool was nice but weather too cool to even sit by it. Next time!

The house was very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The golf carts were very convenient to get around the island. There were plenty of bath linens and lots of space inside and outside the home. The house was close to restaurants and the beach access at Massengale Park.

Did Not Disappoint!!

Just spent an amazing week at St Simons and this house was everything we had hoped for. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and everything was as promised. We loved the pool and the golf carts were a great bonus. Hope to be able to stay here again sometime.

Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property! We loved all of the gathering spaces. The indoor porch was a huge bonus! A patio umbrella for the lounge chairs would be a great suggestion and hooks for towels in the bathroom.
