Nicely renovated, tastefully furnished 4bedroom with 4 queen beds, plus a queen pull out sofa in family room, modern kitchen with granite counter top on main floor, 2nd kitchen in basement with walk out to fenced backyard. The property is located within walking distance of Superstore grocery store and about 4mins drive of Crowfoot Centre with restaurants, Banking and Crowfoot LRT station to Downtown and other stations. The property is located in the NW quadrant of the city and only a few minutes drive to connect Stony Trail highway which connects Highway 2 to Banff

Nice neighborhood, disappointing rental
Nice neighborhood, playground close by. Owner did not send code to enter home. After numerous unsuccessful attempts at contacting the owner, including being hung up on, VRBO was contacted directly and were very helpful. Once we got in to the home, it suited our needs but left some things to be desired.... The dining room light was too dim so had to turn on living room lights to eat. The shower curtain was brown with thick mildew along the entire bottom. And the fridge had 2 dirty crisper drawers. This was a disappointing experience.

Nice quiet location
We had a Family of 6 stay for 4 nights, with an extra 2 people for 2 nights. Our Son and daughter-in-law visited for dinners, we had a board game night in the spacious dining room and a movie night in the large comfortable downstairs. The location was close to everything we needed. This home is spacious, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Good overall experience.
House was well stocked with everything we needed. Great to have 3 bathrooms and lots of space for 6 adults. Wonderful to have family room downstairs and big screen TV. However, room was quite cool and could use a supplemental heater. Host was wonderful at communicating and very accommodating. We would certainly stay at this property again.

This property is very unique in terms of its location, to both local amenities as well as for making day trips to the mountains and to Banff. Shopping, restaurants, train station
and other conveniences are just minutes away from the home. Located on a very quiet and safe neighbourhood.
