Unique Loft house in North Spokane

This is a fun unique style house located in North Spokane with 18 foot tall cathedral ceiling the master bedroom is a loft style suite including a full bathroom and walk in closet with accesses to a privet balcony.
2 bedrooms and full bath located on the main level. enclosed back yard with gate access on the side of the house. In 2005 it had a major remodel done and was left unfinished my wife and I purchased the home and fell in love with the house and did a full remodel in 2021.

Very nice property located close to everything we needed in Spokane. Easy check-in and out with great communication from the owner. Lots of useful items for our toddler from games and toys to a high chair and pack-n-play. Would definitely recommend!

Adorable and Spacious Home!!

This was our first time in Spokane. We went for a volleyball tournament and the home exceeded our expectations in every way!The location was perfect with easy and close access to downtown, shops and especially the volleyball event center. The home was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked, overall the house is charming and welcoming. We will definitely consider to stay in this adorable home every time we visit the town. It was just perfect!

Very easy place to find with parking for ourselves and our daughter. Clean and well laid out home. Had plenty of blankets and pillows for all. Washer and dryer was great to have at our finger tips.

Enjoyable Property; Accurate Listing

My partner and I had an enjoyable four day stay at this property. It was very clean, and would work well for a group up to six people. The king size bed is firmer than I personally enjoy, but my partner thought it was perfect! We did really enjoy using the fire pit in the back yard.

Our granddaughter's HS graduation weekend

This property was perfect for my husband and me plus our son, spouse and kids (2 and 4). It was definitely kid-friendly with toys, books, high chair, pak n play. The house was very nice with up-to-date decor, appliances, and furnishings. The host, Viktoria, was accessible and responsive. We loved our stay there and would definitely choose this property again!

Great stay!

House was super clean, and slept our small group wonderfully! Felt very safe, very easy access to the city, amenities were a huge plus when the air quality outdoors was unhealthy- outdoor setup was also a plus! We’ve already talked about using this rental again in the future! Thank you for a great stay! Might suggest a second fan at the property for white noise!

Clean Space Just As Pictured

Stayed recently in the area for a funeral with my spouse and kids. Beds were excellent, kitchen was clean and amenities were all working great. Family games were available, a travel crib for the little one was already set up when we arrived, and the location is less than a mile away from the grocery store. Short drive into downtown Spokane.

Good house in a central location

House was clean, well equipped and in a good location for getting to different areas of North Spokane. We did have issues with the smart lock on the door several times. Plus the VRBO app was glitching some of the time. I recommend making sure you have the owner's phone number saved ahead of time and message them with your estimated arrival time to help ensure you can get in the house. Other than those frustrations, our stay was pleasant!

Nice place - kid friendly

This place would be great for a family with kids as it has a kid friendly set up. If you are multiple families, I would not recommend - not because it isn't a nice place, but because in the loft (master bedroom), you hear everything in the house (doors, faucet, TV). This makes it hard to put a little to bed upstairs when others are still awake or for others to be up before whomever is staying upstairs. I loved the fenced in backyard. Also a nice sized dining room and kitchen. Living room has seating for 4 people (couch and oversized chair). Overall, the location is convenient and the place is nice. I also liked the kids toys, movies, etc. It was a nice touch!
