Super popular since coming onto the rental market in 2021, is this awesome 4BR/4BA direct Beachfront Town House!  This maybe the best layout for a Town House that we have come across, 3 levels of living with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right out the back doors.  

This property will fit a family group of up to 14 people.  The main level boasts a huge Chef's designer kitchen, renovated, updated appliances, granite, large Island, eat in counter space - everything!  This also has the living area with a new section couch (queen sleeper sofa) and new smart flat screen TV.  On the main level is the double queen bedroom with it's own on suite bathroom.  Upstairs you will find the Gulf front master bedroom with King bed, on suite renovated bathroom, walk in closet, and a small private Gulf front deck.  Additionally, in the hallway part of the Master closet has been converted into two twin built in bunk beds for additional sleeping.   The back bedroom is a queen bed with its own bathroom and there is Washer/Dryer in the hallway between the two bedrooms.   

The downstairs or ground level maybe the most enticing aspect of "Once Upon A Tide" - there is a complete suite downstairs with a second kitchen, laundry, full bathroom and king bedroom.  Furthermore, the downstairs has a view of the Gulf and the dune and provides walk out access from the sliding glass doors to the steps to go upstairs to the beach boardwalk which gets you right to the sand.  

This will be a fantastic beach rental experience for the discerning guests.  Some extra amenities include one kayak with 2 vests and 8 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas with a wagon.   Your group should look at this property first if you are wanting a fantastic beach front home with an ideal layout.

If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.

Another Beautiful trip to Navarre

Yearly trip to the beach with kids, spouses and grandkids. Debbie missed us so the weeks weather was almost perfect. Accommodations were great with beach front access. Older unit but served the purpose and the elevator was a saving grace as I have recently had knee replacement surgery.

We had an amazing week! The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries and luggage into the unit. The rental staff could not have been more helpful. We had a problem with the 2nd floor microwave, I called property management and within a couple of hours a replacement microwave was provided. Very convenient to restaurants, beach, shopping, etc...The beaches of Navarre are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and very well maintained!

This townhouse was exactly as previewed by owner pictures. Location and easy access to the gulf was perfect for multi-generational family members. 3 levels, multiple sleeping arrangements and 4 full bathrooms helped the week be a BIG success. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! This townhouse is amazing and it’s proximity to the water can’t be beat. Everything was very clean, updated and kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. Even found a good amount of shells which is not always the case on Navarre. Would definitely return.

Perfect for the 4 of us. Each bedroom had its own full bath. Good layout. Full, well-stocked kitchen(s). Seemed like it was recently remodeled. Nice furnishings, etc. Great access to the beach. Great view of the water. Elevator was very helpful for a couple guests with mobility issues.

Great house, but only comes with "starter" supplies

I recently stayed at this VRBO and was surprised to receive a “what to pack” email from management —after booking—that basic necessities like toilet paper, trash bags for the kitchen trashcans, and dishwasher pods for the dishwasher were not included beyond a small starter supply. I believe this information should be disclosed before booking, not after, and when booking VRBO’s in the future, I will prioritize homes where the nightly rate includes these items. These small additions would cost very little compared to the rental price but would make a big difference for guests, particularly those flying in who can’t easily bring household items with them. That said, the house itself was great—comfortable, well-furnished, and conveniently close to the beach.

Excellent location but not luxury

Unit in mid 1980's 4-plex on main drag on Navarre Beach. Showing some signs of age- outdoor furniture not great quality, plastic front of oven had melted off and was taped on. Beach chairs and beach toys were of poor quality and thrown in a pile in garage for us to sort through. Difficult to impossible to park 3 cars legally. Kitchen very well stocked. Indoor furniture in good shape. Elevator works well but is accessed through first level living quarters- privacy issues. Beach is very close and perfect. Remember you are sharing the main outdoor area looking out at water with 3 other units. We had a group of 6 recent college graduates on a graduation trip together two units down. They were very respectful but could have been very challenging. Great to bike along Seashore trail all the way to Pensacola. No real restaurants on that part of the beach so you will have to go over bridge to eat out. All in all a good stay but the 3 couples (siblings, spouses and 90 year old aunt) will likely get a nicer place next time.

Great experience with property management. Quick response to a small maintenance request. The townhouse was wonderfully stocked. Nicely decorated. Perfectly located. The boardwalk to the beach was right outside the 2nd level doors. The walls are well insulated because we did not ever hear our neighbors. We stayed in the third townhouse of four. Very quiet. The elevator was a very nice touch. The two sets of washers and dryers , one on the first level and the second set on the third level was very useful. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay. The view was beautiful.

Awesome rental!

The townhome was awesome and included a lot of extra touches that were appreciated, such as the swing faucet by the stove to fill pasta pans and luxurious showers! I also enjoyed cooking on the outdoor griddle. We also loved the free-standing freezer in the kitchen and the additional downstairs suite. The only thing that could have been improved was minor; we had a large group and there were few utensils for cooking for large crowds and few glasses for alcoholic beverages (wine/champagne glasses) . I purchased a stock pot for pasta, champagne and wine glasses and left them as we will be looking into availability for next year! Very happy with everything!!!!

Great dog-friendly place to stay on the beach

This is beach front. Even though the walkway is shared with all units, it is very quiet even with huge families staying next door. The beach has beautiful powdery sand, but the shore is angled, so no great for long walks on the beach. The water is clear and warm. The elevator is amazing for your dog and groceries. Be careful with the auto-locking doors. It is easy to get locked out. The room with a kitchen on the first floor is nice and spacious. It has its own fridge, coffeemaker, washer/dryer and seating area. It had a wall mount ac, so it never gets real cold. On the main level, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc (could use more coffee cups). There are 2 ovens and a stand alone freezer. The coffee maker is a drip, not a keurig. Instacart delivers from Publix there. The couch is comfy, but bring sheets to cover it if your dog sheds because it is not leather. The dining room has 11 seats but it is a little tight if you have a big group. The internet is great at this place. I worked all week and my husband streamed TV. Also, the house was super clean and management company was very communicative.
