The updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances comes fully stocked with everything you need to create a memorable meal. You will love the outdoor pavilion complete with a bed swing, dining and bar area, and comfortable furniture to cozy up in. Enjoy the 75" TV mounted above the over-sized stone fireplace.... great for watching the game or a movie at night with a blazing fire. Try your luck at bass fishing, take a refreshing swim, a scenic kayak ride, or simply relax under the stars in the private brand-new hot tub.

Beautiful View

House and view were great. We had a problem with the water pressure but the owners addressed it promptly. I would recommend staying here.

Christmas Vacation Surprise

Memorable family getaway to this lake front cabin style home. Home was as described on VRBO - view was breathtaking and hot tub was a hit as nights were very cool and enjoyed movies by the fireplace!

Great Location, but house needs some work

We booked this property for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The views and location of this property were amazing! The outdoor area including the hot tub was nice, although some of the furniture outside needed to be repaired/replaced. The host was very easy to work with and able to accommodate an early check in and late checkout. Unfortunately there were two major issues during our stay. One was that one of the bathrooms only had one small light working, so it was very dark especially in the shower. Asked about replacement bulbs, but none on the property were the correct size for those fixtures. Second issue was that the heat/thermostat was not functioning during our stay. Fortunately it was relatively warm given the time of year (December), but the house still got down to the high 50’s/low 60’s during the night. Both the lights and the heat highlighted the need of some maintenance on the interior of the property. The kitchen/living room area was nice, but the rest of the house needs some updates. Also cracks in the drywall in one of the bathrooms and unsightly water stains in one of the showers did not give the impression of a well cared for home. If you can live with an outdated/in need of repair interior and prioritize outside views/location then this may be a good fit. Hopefully the issues I highlighted to the host will be addressed before the next visitor.

Fabulous View

The view is incredible. We stay on lakes multiple times a year. This was one of the best views we’ve had. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I do think it needs a deep clean and some furniture replaced. The outside fireplace area was a cool space for the evenings and we loved the proximity to town.

Scarowinds Trip

I was extremely pleased with our stay here. The property was exactly as described and the view was spectacular! We arrived late in the evening so to wake up to that view was absolutely stunning. I loved that they have nice entertaining space inside and out. My only downfall to staying here was that we weren’t staying longer!
