A beautiful cabin with an amazing view. Everything was perfect. There was nothing we needed that wasn't available. Very well stocked. The owners were open and gracious. It made for a wonderful Christmas with the family!

Thank you Todd for the kind words! It was great hosting you and your family for your wife's birthday and we certainly welcome you back for future celebrations or even if you just want to get back to the mountains. Thanks!
Absolutely beautiful cabin! It was perfect for the four of us and having the separate AC/heating unit on the top floor was everything! Owner was super responsive throughout booking and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
This cabin is so peaceful. There are neighbors, but they’re far enough away that you don’t see them or hear them so it really feels like a secluded get away. The cabin had everything we needed & we spent a lot of time on the multiple decks. It sits high enough above the trees for a great view of the mountains. I definitely recommend staying here.
This was a great house for our gathering of friends, kitchen was well supplied, lots of amenities, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, plus a half bath on the main floor - all particularly great since we planned to mostly stay in. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The cabin was beautiful and everything we could have asked for. Location was convenient to several touristy shopping and dining areas. Property owner, Patrick, was available anytime to answer questions or just to check in with us. We would definitely love to stay here again.
This is a wonderful cabin, a great held space, lots of peace and quiet! The host Patrick has done a fantastic job in his attention to detail and creating a clean, quality home. We plan to return soon!
Cabin was perfect for our needs. Layout is great for comfort and sleeping arrangements for 6 adults could not be better. Simple and problem free from registration t check in and check out. Thanks for a enjoyable time.
This is one of the best cabins in the country! This place is very clean, well stocked, amazing view, and has a perfect driveway! There was also roses and decorative towels when we arrived which was very thoughtful! I highly recommend everyone to enjoy a vacation at this cabin!
We had a wonderful experience with host, Patrick and his home. The home is spacious and open with all the amenities needed. The views are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is simple to access, close to Blue Ridge and surrounding areas.
Great cabin with plenty of room. 3 fireplaces , youtube tv, hot tub, nice pooltable, arcade games, and a great location for all things Blue Ridge. Patrick was very accomidating, would highly recommend.
This cabin is amazing and the views are stunning. It was in the perfect location to be able to enjoy all the Blue Ridge area has to offer. The host was immediately available when we had a question upon arrival and was very helpful. We have been visiting the area every summer for over 10 years, and this is our favorite cabin by far!
The cabin had a very cozy feel to it and yet it was massive with the 3 bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The many views from the multiple deck areas were wonderful. I enjoyed the sunrises and mountain views!
The ability for the family to have their own space under one roof, Grandparent’s upstairs suite.Daughter, Son in-law, granddaughter (7yrs old), main floor suite and Son, Daughter in-law, grandson (17yrs old), can't really call this a basement, King Bed, full bath, entertainment area, the large Deck.Dinner at the large Dining room table each night after venturing out.We all enjoyed the Pool table, Hot tub, and best of all ending the day at the Fire Pit. Saying we all had a great time is an understatement, with the age differences of the grandchildren, they had a riot.

About the host
Hosted by Patrick Vance
We're a family from Atlanta who discovered the Blue Ridge Mountains and never looked back. Three Spring Lodge is our personal retreat — where we hike, explore downtown Blue Ridge, visit Mercer Orchards, and sample the local wineries with friends and family.
We opened the lodge because we wanted others to experience what we love about this corner of Georgia. We're hands-on hosts who care about the details, and we're always happy to share our favorite local spots. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
The lodge sits high on Richard's Mountain, surrounded by the Georgia National Forest — so the first thing you notice is the quiet. It's the kind of deep, peaceful stillness that's hard to find, and even harder to leave.
Despite how secluded it feels, you're just a short drive from some of our favorite places in North Georgia. Downtown Blue Ridge is a gem — great local restaurants, unique shops, and a relaxed small-town vibe that feels like a world away from Atlanta. Mercer Orchards is a seasonal favorite of ours, and the wineries in the area are absolutely worth an afternoon. For the outdoorsy crowd, the hiking trails nearby range from easy walks to rewarding summit climbs with views that rival the lodge's own.
What we enjoy most is that there's no wrong way to spend a day here. Some of our best trips have been equal parts adventure and doing absolutely nothing — and the mountain has a way of making both feel exactly right.
What makes this property unique
Two things set Three Spring Lodge apart from the moment you arrive: the views and the character.
The 180-degree panoramic view of the Georgia National Forest from the ridge of Richard's Mountain is something you simply can't find everywhere. There are no rooftops, no parking lots, no other cabins in your sightline — just an uninterrupted sweep of mountain ridges and sky that changes with every season and every hour of the day. It's the kind of view that stops you mid-sentence.
Inside, the lodge has a warmth and character that's hard to manufacture. The furnishings are a mix of custom pieces crafted by local artisans and carefully chosen antiques — cozy without being cluttered, elevated without feeling precious. It feels like a place that has a story, not a catalog.
