Private enclosed garden of 800 m², terrace of 15 m² and courtyard of 20 m². Garage that can only store your bicycles, nautical equipment or motorcycle. 2 private spaces in front of the cottage for 2 cars and a place in the property. Le Poisson Blanc is a beautifully appointed detached house in a residential area/subdivision, located 500 m from the town of Pleubian where you will enjoy the various small shops: bakery, small area with petrol station, bar, restaurants…. Pleubian is located at the tip of one of the most beautiful peninsulas in Brittany, 6 km from the Sillon de Talbert, a coastal strip of sand and pebbles jutting out to sea for 3.2 km, the Sillon is a geomorphological curiosity unique in Europe for its size. Hikers will appreciate the nearby hiking trails, beautiful walks are available to you... The must-see tourist sites to visit: Paimpol, Tréguier, Lézardrieux, the Island of Bréhat, you will be spoiled for choice with different activities !
