Nice views!

This was a great place for the price. It was very clean. The views of the ocean on one side and the lake on the other were very beautiful! I would stay here again with my baby girl in the future.

January getaway

Was nice location, had bare necessities, comfortable. Amenities could use some work, toilets ran, cold and no extra blankets, no beach chairs.

We provide all linens for beds listed, however we do ask our guests if extra are needed, they bring them along. We do not provide beach chairs, those items we do ask guests to bring. This was our second stay in this villa. My daughter and I enjoyed being able to go to the beach each day. The villa was very clean and the views of the lake and beach were beautiful. The only complaints are that there was no trash bag in the kitchen trash can and no dish washing liquid.

Nice beach condo

We had a great stay at the beach. The newly updated kitchen was stunning. Unit was nice and clean. Great location for food and 2 minute walk to beach. 2 balconies were a bonus with beach and lake views. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Great location and Loved this villa

Our family if four stayed here for spring break. Having two bathrooms was great. The location was perfect. The villa was clean and nicely appointed. The washer went out while we were there but the management company responded quickly. It couldn't be fixed but we were compensated for the disruption. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. We love the area.

Pleasantly Surprised

The interior is dated but the view on both sides of cons was amazing. Ocean view on one side. Pond view on the other. More importantly 2 minute walk to beach. Never had to deal with trying to find parking. Felt the place was well worth its price.

Very clean, convenient place to stay. I would stay there again.

The only issue was the 4:00 pm check-in. I was expecting a 2:00 check-in as we had an event to attend at 4:00. The agency was great when I called around 3:15 to see if the place was clean and ready. They unlocked the keypad and we were able to get in an changed for the event.

Beach View Getaway

We had a great time during our stay. This is actually such an amazing location and condo. We loved being able to walk out to the balcony and seeing the beach. Everything in the condo was great too, we had almost everything we could need. We do wish maybe some more essentials like dish soap would be provided. We noticed some units had a hose to rinse off outside after the beach, that would have been great to have rather than walking all the way to the pool area. We did notice the ceiling on the balcony was a little dirty. But no issues or instances of danger. Overall great stay and hoping to be back soon!

Perfect Location

The condo is directly across from the beach with perfect views. Charming high end neighborhood in walking distance to several restaurants. The Crab Trap Restaurant has a beachside bar with beautiful views and happy hour which we enjoyed. The kitchen is recently updated with new appliances, cabinets and countertops. Lovely! Plenty of cookware and dishes. Bathrooms are older but acceptable. Furniture & bed were comfortable. Reminds me of a slightly shabby beach cottage. Would definitely stay again, however the rates have increased so next year we may have to look elsewhere. Highly recommend!
