With a surface area of 160m², the apartment is on 2 levels: On the ground floor :

- Large bright living space with living room, dining area and kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave, steam oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool
- Living room with fireplace
- Office space
- Bathroom
- Bedroom 1 with connecting bathroom (upstairs)
- Bedroom 2 with communicating bathroom (Italian shower)
- Large laundry room (washing machine / dryer, iron and ironing board, plenty of storage)
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 3
- Bathroom communicating with bedroom 3 and bedroom 1
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Outside :
- Terrace with garden furniture
- Heated swimming pool (10x5 m) generally open from the beginning of May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions)
- 5 minutes on foot, free access to a parking space for 1 car.

In its place
The entire apartment is at your disposal, it is a furnished accommodation intended for rental only.
The apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Tours in a semi-pedestrian zone.
For parking vehicles, you will have free access to a private parking lot located 5 minutes away on foot (for 1 car). You can park easily in the nearby streets or in a paid parking lot in the basement. Free parking lots are a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Other remarks
The price includes sheets and beds made on your arrival, bathroom linen and cleaning on your departure. Pool towels are not provided.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are at your disposal to start your stay.
