Restored village house in the heart of the vineyards of almost 100 m2. 3 bedrooms, one of which is 23 m2, an equipped and fitted kitchen of 15 m2, 2 shower rooms for the living area. In addition, a ground floor offering a laundry room. And the real bonus of this house, on the second floor, a terrace of 35 m2 facing West. Paziols, a quiet town in the Corbières chosen by Claude Nougaro who bought a house there at the top of the village in 1994. In the grandiose landscapes of this department, the citadels, castles and abbeys inherited from the Cathar era dominate the territory. The Aude, bordering the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenean massif, is conducive to a real communion with nature, and offers many possibilities for hiking and sports, this house and cool for the holidays.

Le gîte est très bien aménagé, avec goût et dispose de toutes les commodités pour pouvoir profiter sans stress de cette magnifique région ! La nature resplendit au printemps, les châteaux cathares et les villages sont riches de charme et d'histoire.
