Stove in the living room. The entrance leads over a 30 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa (appropriate under 11 years), fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and Capsule coffee maker.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Transmitter in Hungarian, German and English.

Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 702 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. BALBER018 (4+1P) and BALBER115 (6+1P) are located on the same property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
