You want a unique product in the heart of Lyon. "La Cerisaie" is for you. A real country house in the city and very quiet. A main house with its 7 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathroom and separate toilet, 2 other bathrooms are also available in the house, and a completely independent studio in the garden with small living room, fully equipped kitchen. equipped, bedroom and shower room. A small flower garden and a swimming pool. You will be next to the Part-Dieu station, the metro, tram, bus and all the good shops on Avenue des Frères Lumières.
