La Croix-Rousse is well known for its traboules, stairs, market, creators, and history linked to silk. This district, located on the heights of Lyon, offers a breathtaking city view. The community is authentic and dynamic with its heritage, history and architecture. You can stop at a café-theatre or see the art galleries. All you need to do is cross the bridge to go directly to the Tête d'Or Park for a family outing or take the artistic-looking climb of the Grande Côte to reach the city centre—a bohemian village-like neighbourhood, very commercial. You will find nearby all amenities, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Perrache, is just a 54-minute walk.
The nearest metro station Hénon is an 8-minute walk.
Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is about a 35-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
