Villa Augustine: Pretty Family House

The Villa Augustine is a pretty family house completely renovated with modern interior style. The floor area is about 75 square meters on a single level.

Villa Augustine is conveniently located in the district of Bonneveine in the south of Marseille. Bonneveine village has retained its charm from the past both privileged and authentic:
Vieille Chapelle and Bonneveine beaches are 1.4 km from Villa Augustine , while the Port of Pointe Rouge is 1.9 km away.
The shopping center and local shops can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
The seaside park (so called “Parc Balneaire du Prado” ) is within 1.3 km distance offering swimming beaches, sailing, paddleboarding, surf, kitesurf, playgrounds, skatepark ,as well as bars and restaurants to get a drink or dinner afterwards.
The Calanques National Park's main entry points located on the south coast of Marseille, Sormiou, Morgiou, or Luminy are within about 5-kilometer radius.
The major sporting events, cultural celebrations, and popular events can be easily reached by the RTM bus, tram, and metro services. Walk for just 5 minutes from Villa Augustine to get to the nearest RTM station (bus line 44) and get to the:
Sailing at the Olympic Marseille Marina of Roucas Blanc (3 km)
Football and rugby matches at the Stade Vélodrome (3km)
City Centre and the Vieux Port (6 km)

It takes 6 km to get to Marseille Saint-Charles Main Station, and Marseille-Provence International Airport is about 30 km away.

The house is air conditioned (except not yet installed in the second bedroom).
You can park 2 vehicles in front of the house.

Starter kit for your stay (cleaning, coffee, tea, ...) and care products from the “Petit Marseillais” and “ Le Fer à Cheval” oldest soap factory in Marseille.
Baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

You will be the only occupants of the house and garden. However, the workshop of the owner is located in the back of the courtyard, the entrance gate and the courtyard on the side of the house serve as a common passage.

In the event that it is necessary, a person can arrive on site in a matter of minutes.

The rent for bed sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels is included in the price.
During the stay, linen can be changed if requested (each bed costs 20 euros and each bathroom kit costs 10 euros, including a bath towel, hand towel, and guest towel).

At the end of the stay, a cleaning fee of 60 euros will be charged.

Unfortunately, a single step at the main entrance of the house as well as narrow doors make it unsuitable for people with disabilities.
