"Lakeside Oasis" has a gentle slope/sidewalk to the lake. It is located in a quiet cove near Indian River Marina. You will have your own boat slip with electric and boat ramp as well as free trailer parking on premises and 2 kayaks. It is perfect for fishing, kayaking and swimming. If you like a cabin, but enjoy upgraded amenities this is the place for you. Our kitchen is fully equipped and cabin fully furnished.

*Security cameras/audio recording devices - As of May 24, 2021, for your protection and our property, we installed one exterior camera located at the front facing the sidewalk and one as of June 13, 2021, camera facing the rear gravel parking area.

We are 6 miles from I-75, Norris Dam, Cove Lake State park and Jacksboro, TN is Nestled right in the Great Smokey Mountains. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes away or have your food delivered!

HOUSE RULES:
1)AGE OF GUESTS - One adult age 24 or older in the rental group and 9 people max.
2)LISTED GUESTS ONLY - Only listed guests can stay overnight, other persons in property are the responsibility of guest and breaking the rules.
3)LIABILITY - Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness that occurs while on the premises or it's facilities including during the use of the kayaks provided by the host. Guests need to check kayaks for any damages before use. If damaged, don’t kayak and contact the owner. You must provide and wear life jackets for your safety. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
4)FURNITURE - Please DO NOT move furniture and keep in good order.
5)PETS - Rule is NO PETS.
An Occasional Exception made. Following is required:
-Approval before the Rental Agreement is mailed or before signing VRBO
-Daily Pet fee required/crating is required
-A list of rules to be followed on Exhibit B Pet Agreement
-The Breed must NOT BE a DOBERMAN, ROTTWEILER, or PIT BULL
6)SMOKING - No Smoking inside - Outside smoking permitted - use sand container
7)NOT ALLOWED - No parties or Events or Candles allowed.
8)CHILDREN - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
9)TOWELS - Old towels are stored on top of the dryer in the laundry closet for spills ect.
- Use Black washcloths for makeup/peroxide products in bathroom basket
- Bring your own beach towels for boating and outside of cabin
10)SEPTIC SYSTEM - Do Not Flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products
and other improper materials will cause the system to clog.
11)PERSONAL ITEMS - Please double check for personal items before checking out in drawers, outlets, and under beds. Returning by mail will result in a charge.
12)COOLERS - Keep all coolers on porch.
13)QUIET TIME - Midnight
14)CHECK OUT - 10 am PLEASE CHECK OUT ON TIME and lock the doors. THANKS!

* Boating Season is from Memorial Day - Labor Day. We are in a cove, water levels vary outside of those dates. Water levels at 1008 or higher should allow you to use our boat dock/slip. Our boat ramp may not be usable at water levels below 1016. There are several nearby boat ramps to use at those times. Feel free to ask questions. We can forward TVA historical info as well as launching ramps.
