Schlechteste Betreuung die man je gesehen hat

Leider war das Appartement nicht wie erwartet und dargestellt (hochwertig). Im Appartement haben wir nach Einzug festegestellt, daß die Klimaanlage nicht geht, der KĂŒhlschrank nicht voll funktionsfĂ€hig war, die Markise am der Terrasse abgerissen und nicht nutzbar war (trotz starker Sonneneinstrahlung) und nicht alle Rollos gegangen sind. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war "sehr schwierig", man hatte teilweise das GefĂŒhl betroht zu werden. Die Agentur ist ohne Abstimmung mehrfach in das Appartment gegangen (was gar nicht geht). Wir hatten auch das GefĂŒhl als Deutsche diskriminiert zu werden, da wir auf die FunktionsfĂ€higkeit der gesamten Einrichtung bestanden haben (noch dazu bei diesem Preis). Das eine sind die MĂ€ngel, aber vielmehr hat uns die agressive Verhaltensweise der Agenturchefin verstört. Eine Empfehlung können wir daher nicht aussprechen.
