Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Bright and spacious, this duplex flat has all the comforts you need, and a stunning sea view of the boats and Saint-Jacques beach. It has free wifi access (fibre optic).

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 3 double beds including : 1 queen-size bed (160×200) on the ground floor and 2 double beds (140×190) on the 1st floor.
- Two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
- 1 separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside :
The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there is a private parking space outside.

- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique airport, 1 hour 15 minutes by car.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Self check-in required:
Access to the accommodation is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 16 minutes from the accommodation.
