This is a unique house with hardwood flooring, and original moldings. The first level with access to the back of the house leading to the swimming pool (open seasonally). 5-minute drive to Winter Island/Waikiki Beach, one of the most visited tourist attractions in Salem, Massachusetts. Alternatively, by bike. The house is located in Downtown Salem, short walk to the Witch Museum, the Peabody Essex Museum, and more attractions.

Great location.

The property itself is within walking distance of city center in Salem. Easy to order a Lyft or Uber. Easy to order DoorDash. The couch is very comfortable. There is one bed room with a twin bed and a full/queen bed. There is no kitchen sink, only a sink in the bathroom. There is a microwave and minifridge. The owner will meet you at check in and they are very nice. Overall a comfortable stay.

6 Lemon St Salem MA

The owners were pleasant but never answered the 2 emails I sent , regarding parking and gave no check in instructions until we were literally there (we had a 6 hour drive) . We had to call VRBO who gave us the number . The bathroom is located across hall , although no one else used it , it was not in the actual apartment. We were told no one would come through that back access door but one night some man did , to go upstairs. I’m assuming he lived there. There was a TV , but it was very small and not a smart TV . You could not stream anything . It had basic cable. It was located in a room that a kitchenette was located. There is no sink to wash a dish or mug . There was a baby grand piano in that room too so no where to sit to watch TV . It was very tight. There was flannel sheets on bed which was actually too warm one night and not enough towels . There was 1 for each person and a wash clothe . We were there 4 days , 3 nights We did request more towels but could not find them where the owner said they were . We were leaving next day so didn’t bother asking again . The linens were a bit used but were clean . There are tenants in this house above on second floor and were a bit loud at times and woke us up a couple of times in middle of the night . There was no heat until October , there was space heater tho and a AC wall unit . The property was close to attractions , approx a 10 minute walk and the neighborhood appeared safe .
