We made the mistake and didn’t check for AC when we booked. It was all our fault. Although I sent 2 emails asking about it before our arrival date, I never got a reply. The result was that during our week stay we couldn’t sleep, eat or relax because of the high temperature inside the house. In my opinion, this should only be a winter house.

Excellent apartment
This is a special place, located a few hundred metres above the plains leading to Arezzo, which can be seen in the distance 8 Km away. It is on the first floor of an attractive, renovated C17th farmhouse, and has all the character you would expect from such an old house.
The renovations have been done with good taste, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need on a holiday, especially in the kitchen. There is even a large, functioning fireplace in the living room for which the owners kindly offered us chopped wood. The large grounds are attractive and have tables and chairs in 4 locations, most of which have that wonderful view.
The location is secluded and extremely quiet. The couple who are the owners live below and are discreet and really pleasant. Their son Francesco who met us nearby on arrival to show us the way, speaks English fluently (as does his sister Ilaria) and was most helpful and informative. We highly recommend this property.
