This newly constructed, single-family home is perfect for your next getaway. We're located just across the bridge from downtown Folly Beach, so it's a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy the peaceful quiet. The water views from the porches are amazing. You can watch the sunrise over Folly with your coffee and enjoy an evening cocktail as you watch the sunset over the marsh.

Great house and location

Definitely recommend this house. The location is great if you want to be near the beach but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The entire rental process was seamless!

Great house. Easy to get in and out of Charleston. Didn't want to stay in city with our mom...went in a few days...house was great option. Watch sunsets, play games. Beautifully furnished. Would come back!

Lovely place

The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, roomy enough for a family to hang out. Elevator definitely a help to bring your items up. The dock is not usable for boating, and fishing or crabbing is limited to high tide only. Although you could walk to beach and downtown Folly it is a bit far, I would recommend bikes or a car but in the summer parking is at a minimum. They do provide a free beach pass which does include parking and is a lovely spot and only a few minutes away by car but still not close to the restaurants in town( which are plentiful, breakfasts at Rita’s phenomenal)The drive into downtown Charleston is about twenty minutes and easy.

We have lived and worked on three different continents and are currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina. We know from living here 12 years ago, that we do not do well living inland! So we purchased this beach house so we could get our ocean fix in. Two members of our family are avid kite surfers, and we all enjoy sailing hobie catamarans, SUPing, kayak fishing and jet skiing so Folly Beach seemed like the ideal place to be. We love the laidback atmosphere in town and the beauty of the beach and intracoastal and marsh areas. The dolphin are always such a treat.

What makes this property unique

The reversed floor plan truly allows you to enjoy the picturesque views from every room and outdoor area. The attention to detail and the stunning views are what drew us to it in the first place, and the location is perfect – short walk across the bridge to enjoy a meal and live music in the evening, a pop across the bridge to launch a boat, or a brief walk to the beach ensure that we can get on the water however bad the traffic situation is and otherwise can leave the car at home while we are here. It is an awesome spot.
