Second row home with beach access directly across the street!This is a perfect getaway home for a long relaxing weekend or a whole week! The home is set up to accommodate 3 couples. Sleep 6 comfortably. Large open deck great for cooking out or simply soaking up the sun. Take advantage of the downstairs shower to rinse off from the beach. House is completely furninshed with linens, dishes, towels, etc.
Great park just minutes from the house with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Plenty of parking for guests.

House rental works quite well for us (party of 6). Proximity to beach was great. Yard and deck were well maintained. Owner clearly values property and renters. Having beach gear on site was really helpful. Host was VERY responsive. Would rent again.

Check-in was easy. Location was excellent, close to beach and downtown. House was clean, couches were dirty and we were a little uncomfortable about sitting on them and beds were a bit worn and uncomfortable. Outlets in bedroom did not allow for plug ins they were loose. Ac was excellent.

Easy access to the beach!

Great house with lots of fun toys to use at the beach...so nice not to have to pack our own beach chairs! Excellent proximity to the beach access point! We loved our stay.

Great location!

We loved this house across the street from the beach access with a fenced in yard. We had some issues with the air conditioning units. I think some simple instructions would have been helpful, but overall, it was a fantastic week! We’ll be back and staying here in the future.

Perfect spot on Folly Beach. The house is very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Fairly close to Charleston. We had a wonderful time in this beach community.

Awesome Cottage

My family loved this sweet little and neat place! We could hear the ocean from the deck, which is so nice. You can see the ocean with a very short walk and it’s so private. Can’t wait to visit again.

Very Nice Place - Super Location - Will come back if possible.

We really enjoyed our visit to this comfy and charming cottage. The location is really great, just a tiny walk across the road to the 8th street access. Pet friendly and the beach is also pet friendly too which was a great surprise. Part of the house is remodeled and all stated amenities were just as described!

Wonderful week

Perfect location, yard, and house. Loved being so close to the beach with lots of space for bikes, SUPs, surf boards, and all the outdoor games you can think of. Great for a family with teens and a dog. We loved our stay and plan to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the whole family. Very easy to get on the beach. My biggest regret is that we forgot to eat supper on the porch, it has a lovely view.

Little island gem

This place is such a gem - a rare glimpse at the original charm of Folly but with all the comfort you need. We came as a family, with 3 teens, and everything was just perfect for all; location = primo, kitchen well stocked, porch lovely, and toys aplenty for biking and enjoying the water. Hope to come again, truly.

Great place!

This was our first time to Folly Beach, and loved staying in this quaint cottage! It truly had everything we needed, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Having a golf cart made getting to and from town frequently, so much easier! The fence was so secure - we never had to worry about our small pup in the yard. Hoping to return to Folly Beach, and we would definitely stay here again!

In the early 90’s while searching for a rental at Folly, this house caught our eye and here we are still loving every minute we are able to spend at the house! Make your special memories here! Folly has always been known for being 'laid back.' If you want a real vacation away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to go! Great home with great features! Excellent spot for girls getaway, family vacation, graduation rental.

This house is great for entertaining! Being on the 2nd row, corner lot makes it easy to just walk across the street and be on the beach. Family owned for over 30 years. House is equipped with a little of everything to make your vacation unique.
