Perfect cozy cottage style home it is our second time staying and will be back again! The fenced yard is great since we travel with our Golden retrievers! And the best part the house is within steps from the beach!

The perfect beach cottage for our family! Right across the street from public beach access that was never busy and is a low traffic area. We loved the cozy, vintage vibe of this house and Folly in general. We brought our own beach gear because it’s hard to judge the condition of what’s available at a rental, this garage was full of gear in really good shape (boogie boards, skim boards, chairs, etc). Host communication was fast and reliable! We would stay here again.

Cute rustic place with everything you need for a fun beach stay just steps from the beach. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup, plenty of beach items to enjoy, ac works well, lots of fans, easy in and out with code doors. Great deck furniture for a nice dinner or breakfast on the deck. We loved the old beach cottage feel, but still plenty of room for the 3 of us. Great stay, thank you!
