Hello,
A lovely 45-square-meter apartment, completely renovated in April 2022, very quiet and bright.
Located 70 metres from the sea, it is ideally situated in Merlimont.
Shops are less than a 5-minute walk away, the beach is 1 minute away, and the main beach restaurant is less than 3 minutes away.

The Accommodation
Located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a small building. It features a large 26m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, etc.).
The open-concept living area is very pleasant. In addition to its separate bedroom, it features a high-end sofa bed perfect for enjoying time with family or friends.
The spacious bedroom and its large closet make it perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended holiday.
The bathroom, with its serene atmosphere, is the perfect place to unwind in the evening after a day at the beach.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Easily accessible from the A16 highway, you’ll be charmed by this pretty little seaside town.
Located 80 metres from the sea on a street parallel to the high street, parking is easy.
