Le Tonneau Bleu - Appt avec piscine partagée

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 60 m² air-conditioned semi-detached house with mountain views, swimming pool and shared garden in Lembach which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 6 m² terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows

First floor
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob...
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and direct access to the garden level.

1st floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with large shower
- Separate WC
- A corridor with washing machine

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.

Exterior:
- A 6 m² south-facing terrace with an awning and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Private garden of approx. 4 m².

Communal area
- A 15x6 m swimming pool, fenced, secure and shared with residents. Solar-heated, open from May to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- A garden next to the swimming pool. It contains a barbecue and garden furniture.
- A tennis court and a children's playground.

The house is ideally located in Lembach, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Within a 7 km radius, you'll find a bakery, a butcher's shop...

Activities :
There's entertainment all year round. Christmas market, Pentecost festival, summer festival of the surrounding communes, winery visits and tastings, castle visits, amusement park, "chemin des cimes", bike path, hiking trail...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park your car outside the residence in a numbered space.

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit 3 Etagen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ideal für verschiedene Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Ein sehr schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden. Mit dem Zutritt hat alles gut geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Noël a Pfaffenbronn

Jolie petite maison entouré de vert. Idéal pour quelques jours au calme. On a visité pas mal de villes au tour mais on a tombé amoureux de Lembach. Il a où faire des petites courses pas loin. Des belles promenades à pied. On a même eu la chance de voir deux beaux cerfs. Maison avec bonne literie, salle de bain impeccable seule be mol la cuisine pas très bien équipé. Très peut dé couverts et de vaisselle en général. Comme on y passe Noël les propriétaires ont mis quelques décor Noël ça nous a fait plaisir. Je pense qu’on va y retourner. On a adoré le feu de bois.

Sehr hinderlich für die Tätigkeit im Homeoffice... Ein Hinweis diesbzgl. wäre gut gewesen. Leider keine Email mit dem Zahlencode für den Schlüsseltresor im Vorfeld, wie angekümdigt. Sind durch Zufall doch hinein gekommen. Aber im Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Le Tonneau Bleu Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ruhige Lage mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war fair. Leider ein paar Hundehaare überall, aber das hätte man sich denken können, wenn Haustiere in der Unterkunft erlaubt sind. Daher gab es keine Überraschungen. Die Unterkunft können wir weiterempfehlen.
