Easy access and the king bed/pillows were Soo comfy! I fell asleep within minutes and woke up pain free! It was a little difficult to back out of, you hoped there was no traffic so you could back in to begin with. They do have a mirror to assist with that and it's out of their control. The place is super cute!

Very clean. Excellent location host was very fast to reply with any questions. All amenities needed for beach was included. Would highly recommend. Also free shuttle to village runs right past making it easy to get north to village and very easy.

The place was immaculate! It was a great location, close to restaurants and stores. Very short walk to the beach and great refreshing pool will definitely stay again. Had everything we needed in the unit.

Excellent Location and Great Owner

Was only a short stay due to a hurricane but John was excellent with communication and was awesome to work with. We look forward to going back because the location was just a block away from the beach as well as several restaurants we look forward to trying!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The beach was just a quick stroll away, and the home came stocked with all the gear needed for a perfect day by the water. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Siesta Key.

Awesome location to beach

We enjoyed our stay! The location very easy access to beach and pool. Pool was never crowded and there was always plenty or room at the beach. Walking distance to several fun restaurants/bars. We will def come back!

Great spot!

Perfect little cottage! Close to the beach, restaurants, and nice pool. Cottage is well stocked and had great technology. We were very happy with the accommodations we needed. Would highly recommend!

Lovely and very clean!

I highly recommend staying here. The beach and pool are a very short, safe walk around the corner. This would be perfect for a girls trip! Everything was accurate in the owners description. If you’re looking for an updated, fun, clean place this is it!
