This beautiful and cozy vacation home is part of a country house, once a farmhouse, located in a small group of houses in a hilly position above the Arno Valley about 6 km from Pontassieve. The property, attractively furnished and partly with antiques, is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, oak woods and cypresses and has a panoramic view over the valley. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful outdoor area with natural lawn, where there is a wood-burning oven and the swimming pool, which is used exclusively by guests. The access is through a gravel road about 800 meters long, with the last 50 meters to be driven with particular care. It is possible to request a baby crib free of charge when booking. The owner lives in the basement and has her own entrance. Some distances: Rignano Sull'Arno is just a few km away, at 10 km there is a famous designer outlet and the fascinating art city of Florence with its countless sights, art treasures and monuments is only 17 km away. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled time must be agreed with the landlord at least two weeks before the start of the trip.
