On the 1st floor: vestibule, integrated and equipped kitchen open to the living room. 1 bathroom (bath). 1 separate WC. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm / 1 double bed 140x190cm / 4 single beds 90x190cm bunk). 1 bathroom with WC. Wifi internet connection. Unfenced shared outdoor area. Rental of sheets and towels. Free shuttle in winter. Gîte at the entrance to the hamlet, on the Col du Joly road towards Les Contamines (open in summer). Beautiful bright living space facing south. Pleasant view of the valley and the mountain. Located 300m from the La Ruelle gondola linking Les Contamines-Montjoie (Domaine Evasion Mont-Blanc, 445km of slopes between Savoie and Haute-Savoie). 4km from Hauteluce linking Les seizures/Espace Diamant area. 12km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its world-renowned Nordic cross-country skiing site (120km of trails). In the heart of Beaufortain, a massif classified as a Country of Art and History for its rich religious heritage and the famous Chemin du Baroque. Magnificent hikes to high altitude lakes, between mountain pastures and typical habitat. At the foot of the Col du Joly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie.
