Trelod - ARITH - Alpine chalet
Detached wooden frame chalet on 2 levels. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (2 gas burners, combined microwave oven), wood stove with integrated oven, bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) with private bathroom (large shower and WC). Upstairs: mezzanine with empty living room including a lounge area (sofa bed 130 x 190 cm) with SmartTV television, Bluetooth speaker, a fan and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Total floor area: 39 m² attic parts included. Terrace with Nordic bath. Land with forests on 5ha. Common laundry room (washing machine and dryer) in a small chalet next door. 2 km from Arith, at the end of a 1 km dirt road, on the vast property comprising the main house of the owners offering guest rooms, are these 2 wooden chalets 100 meters apart. Built with ecological materials, favoring renewable energies, this wooden chalet is distinguished by its originality with its wood stove for heating and its integrated oven to rediscover the pleasure of a kitchen of yesteryear. Live an unusual stay, a unique experience in a magnificent rural setting! Relax in a Nordic bath on the terrace, with a panoramic view of the massif or under a starry sky, this is what Sophie and Eric offer you during your stay. A high-end change of scenery!
