2 gites + 1 accommodation in the house. 1st floor: kitchen, living room (1 double sofa bed), docking station, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds that can be combined into 1 double bed 180 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Balcony + furnished terrace with spa and sauna (bathrobes provided). Private enclosed garden with pétanque court. Closed room for bicycles. Reversible air conditioning. Superb renovated country house in the heart of a small village in Val Gelon, at the foot of the Belledonne massif. Very comfortable. Contemporary style. Spacious and very bright. Front balcony and large private terrace with spa overlooking an enclosed garden. Shared natural land. Magnificent panoramic view of the valley and the massif. Skiing Le Collet d'Allevard 25km. Cross-country skiing Le Bourget en Huile 12km. Thermal baths + lake Allevard 11km. Superb country house with outdoor spa located 34km from Chambéry and 36km from Albertville, in the small valley of Val Gelon, between the Bauges Regional Natural Park and the Belledonne massif. Ski Le Collet d'Allevard at 25km. Cross-country ski trails + snowshoe routes at Le Bourget en Huile 14km away. Body of water (free and supervised swimming) in Allevard. Walks and trails near the cottage. Exceptional hikes to mountain lakes in the Belledonne massif. Many mountain bike circuits and routes for cyclists. Privileged location for traveling around and visiting the region: Chambéry and Annecy, towns of "Art and History", Albertville and the medieval town of Conflans, Chamonix... not to mention the numerous cellars with tastings of Savoie wines. A region that is worth the detour!
