Alpine chalet (access by a motorable track for 1.5 km). Ground floor: living room-kitchen lounge area ("shepherd's bed" type alcove closed by a curtain with 1 double bed), wood stove (included), one bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 2 single bunk beds), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. Grass terrace. Slope. Parking for 2 cars in front of the chalet. Alpine chalet from 1871 located in the middle of nature, on an east-south-west facing slope, overlooking the village of Arêches. Very quiet area. Access by a motorable track for 1.5 km. In the heart of the Beaufortain mountain pastures, very comfortable chalet, renovated with a mountain character.
