Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance. Living room-kitchen-lounge area (1 bench seat that can be converted into a single bed). Bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate toilet with washbasin. 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x200cm). Duvet, sheets included and beds made on arrival. Wifi internet connection. Parking in front of the cottage. SPA + Sauna access in the basement of the house (1st hour of use included in the rental, additional cost beyond / consult the owners). Skiing at 800 meters. Contemporary house harmoniously combining stone and wood located in a quiet residential area overlooking the village. Easy access to the Val-Cenis Le Haut cable car. Functional layout for 3 people in a cocoon atmosphere in the mountains. Proximity to shops and services. Village resort at the foot of the slopes of the Val-Cenis-Vanoise ski area (125 km of slopes). Many sports activities summer and winter. Dog sledding, Rafting Canoe-Raft, hiking on marked trails in the Vanoise National Park. On the Route des Grandes Alpes via the Col de l'Iseran. At the foot of the Mont-Cenis pass with the Italian border. Country of Art and History endowed with an important cultural heritage. Family resort ideal for children. Well located for hiking and cycling in the summer (many mythical passes!)
