Detached house located next to the owners, comprising a living room-kitchen with lounge area (manually refillable pellet stove), a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm - television) with a bath and washbasin open to the bedroom, a bathroom water (walk-in shower and WC), a relaxation area in the attic mezzanine (access by a fixed ladder with metal bars via a hatch). Total floor area: 61 m² attic parts included. Nordic bath on a 90 m² terrace. Land of 250 m². Overlooking the countryside, La Londagne is a small hamlet where this country house is nestled, characterized by its vaulted ceiling in exposed stone. The originality lies in this intimate lounge set up on the mezzanine: the more daring will take the fixed ladder with metal bars, designed by the owner, a carpenter by profession. Private parking is provided in front of the house with access to a charging socket for electric vehicles (30A). An exceptional address 7 km from Lake Aiguebelette! The terrace with panoramic view and its Nordic bath is the enchanted room of this charming cottage for a high quality stay.
