Located in the center of the village of Mouxy (5 minutes from the thermal baths, 10 minutes from the lake, hiking on site), this rental is 5 minutes walk from shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) and doctors.
You have a private parking space in the closed courtyard.
The living room is on the ground floor, facing south and west with direct access to the terrace (garden furniture). It is equipped with a sofa bed, TV (boxing + wifi) and a new fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining area.
Upstairs, a beautiful room with south balcony, overlooking Mouxy and small lake view.
Bed in 160, new bedding.
A mezzanine with two pull-out beds, west facing.
Shower room, separate toilet, washing machine.

Situe dans un joli petit bourg aux abords du lac du bourget et d,aix, proches de toutes commodités

Modern House in Mouxy.
We had the most enjoyable and pleasant stay in this beautifully appointed, sunny house in Mouxy. The hosts were truly Super Hosts: they were excellent communicators, quick to answer every email promptly and helped us to get acquainted to the area. The house has everything necessary for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. The furniture, beds and bedding are all new and the whole place was impeccably clean. We loved the close proximity to the ski trails, hiking trails and Aix-les-Bains. Bakery within a couple of minutes and a short 20 minute walk to Aix. I would recommend this house and more importantly the lovely hosts to anyone seeking to enjoy a visit to the Savoie Area.
