Ground floor (independent access and on one level): living room-kitchen with lounge area, TV with international satellite channels, Wifi connection, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), an alcove closed by a curtain in the hallway (2 single bunk beds), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Sheets and towels included. Beds made on arrival. Balcony and terrace. Common ground with Nordic bath, table tennis, swing and trampoline. Private car park with electric charging socket (power of 3Kw). Ski Notre Dame de Bellecombe / Espace Diamant at 200 m, Les Saisies (downhill and cross-country skiing) at 8 km. Typical chalet located 200 m from the ski slopes and 8 km from Les Saisies. Residential area on a south-west slope. Level and independent access. Good comfort with mountain character. Great all-inclusive services. Large private furnished terrace with a very clear view of the massif. Exceptional location 200 m from the alpine and cross-country ski slopes, between Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Les Saisies, famous Nordic Olympic area (120 km of cross-country skiing). In the heart of the Val d'Arly/Beaufortain massif, ideal for cycling and hiking. Many legendary alpine passes! Territory classified as "Country of Art and History". Close to the famous Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. An ideal destination in the Pays du Mont-Blanc!
