Skiing Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe/Espace Diamant at 100m, La Giettaz/Domaine Evasion Mont-Blanc at 12km (connection Megève and Combloux), Megève 12km. Cross-country skiing Les Saisies 12km (access possible by chairlift from Crest-Voland 3km away). Swimming pool and ice rink 12km. Landscaped lake and leisure base 4km. Country chalet 50m from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area (and its 190km of slopes). Quiet residential area, at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of a charming family village resort. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Very charming. Very cozy. Panoramic balcony-terrace. Pleasant landscaped common ground. Sumptuous panorama on the massif. Shops and services on site. Charming cottage ideally located at the foot of the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant area (and its 190km of slopes) in the heart of a charming family resort-village. La Giettaz/Evasion-Mont-Blanc ski area 12km away (linking Megève and Combloux). 12km from the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its world-renowned Nordic cross-country skiing site (possible access by chairlift from Crest-Voland 3km away). Very close to the famous resorts of Megève (12km), La Clusaz (23km) and Chamonix (35km) and the famous "Pays du Mont-Blanc". Ideally located to radiate - winter as summer - in ski, rando or cyclo on different territories, massifs and ski areas (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Aravis, Mont-Blanc...). Many mythical passes! Pleasant landscaped lot. All amenities on site (shops and services). Flumet leisure base with fitted lake 4km away. Sumptuous panorama and landscapes.
