The cabin was just the right size for our group of 6. Plenty of room for teens and young adults that were in our group. Nice that it's close to Pigeon Forge but far enough away to feel like you are in the woods. Easy to get to.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5. A great location in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, set away from all of the hustle and bustle. Communication was excellent with the property management. Highly recommend.

Hi Tracy, we are sorry to hear of the wifi issues during your stay. Unfortunately, this cabin is located in a valley so the wifi signal is slim to none. We do the best we can with communicating the service limitations before your stay. We hope this did not deter you from visiting us again! We would love to host you again.
Hi Deborah! Thank you for the 5-star review! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We would love to host you again in the near future. Thank YOU!!!!
We loved our stay! It was a beautiful cabin and very clean, close to everything we wanted to see and do! The beds were comfy also! Really, it was so relaxing and just perfect for our family of five. The only thing that I would comment on to improve is a place for trash during the stay as a family of five accumulates it quickly. Thank you!

Hi Megan!!! Thank you for the nice review!!! I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our Hidden Bear cabin. We are in the process of getting bear proof trashcans there. We would love to host you again in the near future!!!!! Have a wonderful day!!!! Thank YOU!!!!
We traveled from Texas to spend a week in the Smoky Mountains and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The devastating floods from Hurricane Helene had closed several areas the week prior to our arrival. However, a kind lady with Guest Services was so awesome and gave us a list of alternate sites to see. Thank you Emily!

My family loved this cabin from the moment we got there. When we walked in it smelled amazing! It was spotless. I liked that it had a few essentials for our visit. Beds were very comfy and we all slept great. My kids loved the little creek and the big yard. Hope to visit this cabin again in the future!

Hi Tracey!!! Thank you for the 5-star review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our Hidden Bear cabin. You are correct, as there is not cell service at this cabin, unless you activate your wifi calling prior to your arrival to the cabin. We would love to have you stay with us again soon. Thank YOU!!!!
Two moms brought their daughters for a short girls trip from Texas.
Negative: We arrived at night and the cabin is difficult to find in the dark. There are not clear signs where to turn. The bed mattress’ in all rooms were very firm. There is only one blow dryer provided. No hangers in closets. No shampoo or conditioner. Only hand soap provided. WiFi works only in the early morning and no cell service at all. Also makes directions very hard and no ability to call if lost.
Pros: Beautiful location (not private). Short drive to all things. Hot tub was perfect. Very clean. Washer/dryer with tide provided. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to check in. Lots of towels and extra blankets.
Overall we would stay again, but a few things corrected in my negative list would make the cabin perfect!

Hi Karen! Thank you for your review! We appreciate your suggestions and we try our best to accommodate our guests request. I have passed your information along. In regards to cell phone service, it is noted in the check-in details of your check-in instructions to activate wifi calling to be able to make and/or receive calls. I'm sorry that you had difficulty finding the cabin. We would love to host you again in the near future! We are glad that you had a good stay! Thank YOU!!!!
Cabin is beautiful and immaculately clean. Super cute decor. Secluded yet so close to everything. Kids loved playing in the creek and having a huge yard to play in. Hot tub new/clean. Starter pack of essentials was perfect.
We unfortunately were there for the fires. We were evacuated at 3:30am. Communication from Stephanie was great. She kept me updated and made sure we were ok. We definitely want to come back in the fall and finish our trip.
Just know that yes you do drive over that small wooden bridge and yes use that one lane gravel road. My family teased me the entire trip because I was afraid to go over it. Lol

HI Amanda - We are so glad that your family had a great stay. We would love to have you back. Thank you for such a great review.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it. The cabin was off the beaten path but also a close drive to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Our cabin was spotless and we were given all the essentials that we needed. Our only minor complaint was that when we spoke to someone about the email contact, we were rushed off the phone. Besides that, everything was fantastic. We plan on coming back in the summer with our family.

Hi Kristen - Thank you for the fantastic review. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and will be coming back. I'm sorry that you feel that you were rushed off the phone. That would never be our intent. We look forward to hosting you and your family again soon.
Our overall experience was good. It was during the bad storms that came through but the location seemed well protected in the hills so we felt comfortable during the storm. Being in the mountains the cell service quickly disappears but with the wifi you can stay connected if you want while at the cabin. The down stairs half bath is a little tight for an adult but is great for kids to keep them from going up and down the stairs. in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Matthew, thank you for this great review of Hidden Bear. We are happy you enjoyed your stay even through the storms. We would love to host you all again soon!
We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful cabin with nice amenities. Then, we went to make dinner and found a set of pots and pans. They were in terrible shape, scratched and nearly falling apart. I had to clean them prior to use. As nice as the cabin was and for the price I paid for our time there, you’d think they’d be able to afford some updated kitchenware that you can make a decent dinner on. If your plans are to stay in and not eat out every meal, pick a different cabin.
