Cozy, tastefully furnished vacation home in a dominant and quiet hillside location, about 7 km from Sinalunga. In front of the vacation home is a covered terrace, slightly below on the spacious property is the pool area. Here you are really all to yourself - ideal for relaxing, walking, browsing. Enjoy the sunrise in the east with a cup of coffee and the evening glow of the setting sun in the west with a glass of wine on your terrace. At the same time, the vacation home is a strategic starting point for numerous worthwhile excursions: Siena (40 km), Arezzo (25 km), Montepulciano (20 km), Pienza (25 km) and Lake Trasimeno (55 km) are equally easy to reach - plus the warm thermal baths of Rapolano, just 10 km away, where bathing and wellness are fun all year round. Toskanisches Idyll mit (entscheidenden?) Abstrichen....

Sehr gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in sonniger Alleinlage und völliger Abgeschiedenheit, fernab von Geschäften und Restaurants. Sehr idyllische Poolanlage. Internet nur selten und dann in schlechter Qualität verfügbar, kein WLAN, keine internationale Fernsehsender. Abendliche Privatsphäre eingeschränkt, da der sehr engagierte Besitzer sich an jedem 2. Tag abends über mehr als 2 Stunden unmittelbar am Ferienhaus aufhält.
