Great Villa with Excellent Location

Perfect for a couple. The villa is beautiful and on large grounds. We used the pool every day. Very close to other towns, restaurants, etc, but a car is recommended.

Idealer Rückzugsort in gepflegter Parklandschaft

Wir haben sehr angenehme Tage in dem traditionellen Haus in der Toskana verbracht Das grössere Haus wird unregelmässig von den Inhabern benutzt, die sonst in Süddeutschland leben. Wir haben unsere Vermieter dort kennengelernt und fanden beide sofort sehr sympathisch und hilfreich in allen Fragen, die sich ergaben. Gleichzeitig sind die Zugänge zu Grundstück und Häusern so angeordnet, dass man sich im Alltag kaum begegnet. Gerade die Seite des Ferienhauses öffnet sich wunderbar zum riesigen, gepflegten Park mit fantastischer Auffahrt und zum Bereich des Pools hin. Dieser ist gross genug, um wirklich ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und wird täglich vom Gärtner gereinigt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man findet in der Küche alles, was man benötigt und wir waren positiv überrascht, dass es nicht nur Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern gab, sondern auch eine Gasheizung mit Heizkörpern in jedem Zimmer zur Verfügung stand. Das Haus liegt direkt am Fusse des Hügels von Lucignano, wir haben an den warmen Tagen im Juni trotzdem das Auto benutzt, um hinauf in das reizende kleine Dorf zu fahren. Dort ist alles sehr überschaulich und klein, man findet aber ausserhalb der Burgmauern immer einen Parkplatz um kurz auf einen Caffee oder für ein Abendessen durch die mittelalterlichen Tore in die Altstadt zu gehen. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus als sehr angenehme Basis für Touren in der Toskana oder auch für eine entspannte Woche am Pool! Danke an Manuela für schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation!
