Great property in private, remote, quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. Starter kit of basic supplies provided. There are ice trays too. Bring any spices, cooking spray , wraps etc you need with you. Will definitely use again!

Comfortable cabin in the woods

This cabin is nicely decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. It is a close distance to hiking and bicycle trails. Great for stargazing as there is little light pollution. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, modern well kept cabin

We enjoyed the cabin! It looks very recently renovated and has modern amenities. It is secluded and in a quiet spot, and in our 2 night stay with saw a few different groups of deer and a fox. But it was still very close to pinecreek outfitters (we had a great time biking the pine creek rail trail) and about a 20 minute driver to the downtime Wellsboro.

More than meets the eye!

This property is so much more than the photos can show. It's quiet, all the coziness of a modern cabin with the seclusion of the woods! All the little kitchen touches you could want, a great outdoor grill and fire pit to enjoy the cool mountain nights, and a close proximity to the adventures and small towns of the PA Wilds. We will be back every summer for sure!

We all thought the rental property was great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and around the fire pit. The only major problem we encountered was the lack of kitchen supplies (utensils and ovenware). Also there was only a Keurig and not a regular coffeepot. We had to go out and buy one.

Cozy Cabin

This is a great place to stay. We were in the area for a wedding and chose to rent this cabin rather than stay in a hotel. It's a cozy "home base" for activities in the region or if you just want a weekend away. Nice kitchen and deck. We grilled one night. The living room is comfortable and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms. We went to Colton and Leonard Harrison State Parks, Cherry Springs, Wellsboro, and took a covered wagon ride into the canyon during our stay. I recommend this cabin to anyone visiting this region of PA.

A few days away from home

Myself and two other people rented this charming little cabin for a couple of days to just get away. It was fantastic. The cabin was clean, warm and inviting. It seems to be a fairly new updated cabin. The gas fireplace for the chilly days and nights was perfect and easy to use. The actual house heater if it ran at all was a little loud when you were sitting in the kitchen/living room area but certainly not a deal breaker. The open space of the kitchen/living room area was perfect for chatting during breakfast or dinner. It also has a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen hidden behind doors which is another plus. Let me tell you the hot water also works very well. I will say if you're fussy with bed pillows to bring your own. The beds, sheets, blankets are very comfortable. I don't know if it's because we are heading into the slow season but be sure to bring spices, salt, pepper, coffee, etc. I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about Cabin on the flats. Go and see for yourself this quaint little cottage. You will surely be very pleased. Check out The Burning Barrel in Ansonia, for lunch, dinner or both.

The house and property were great. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The gas fireplace was great to take the fall chill out of the air. Lots of deer, turkey and squirrels and beautiful fall leaves.

Wonderful Cabin in the Middle of Trout Country

This was a very nice property for our small fly fishing group. It is clean and well appointed. Close to local restaurants and a short drive to Wellsboro. I would recommend it.

Great cabin!

This little cabin was perfect for our quick getaway. The pictures make it look bigger than it is, but the cabin isn't small. It's cozy! The three bedrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with essentials and paper products. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The property was easy to find and not too secluded. There are a few other cabins rather close by, but we didn't mind that at all. The outdoor fire pit was great! Be sure to bring some wood to burn. The only minor things to mention as "cons" were: the furnace and refrigerator seemed kind of loud at times and the water smelled slightly of sulfur when first turning on the tap. Neither of these things took away from our experience at all. My mom loved the cabin so much, she wants to build one like it for herself!
