Characteristic vacation home in the green hills of Tuscany, completely and finely renovated according to the criteria of bio-architecture. The main tourist centers of the region and the small picturesque villages in the area are easily accessible thanks to the convenient location of the house. Beautiful and wide view of the countryside, the surrounding woods and, in the distance, two medieval castles. Quiet location within a large estate. Independent access (automatic gate) to the fenced property (10,000 m²). The exclusive equipped garden is very beautiful, green and with flowers. The infinity pool is located in an area with total privacy and large lawn. Shaded parking space. Furnishings with some antiques, mosquito nets on the windows of the bedrooms and bathrooms. On request, the single beds of the twin bedrooms can be made up. Access by 1 km of unpaved road. Pergola for outdoor dining. Tips for day trips: 8 km the thermal baths of Rapolano, Monte San Savino 18 km, Montepulciano 30 km, Pienza 33 km, Siena 34 km, Arezzo 35 km, Cortona 38 km, Montalcino 41 km, Florence 90 km. Visit the capital of Tuscany, Florence, and admire the architectural masterpieces in the old town, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1982. Florentine architecture is particularly characterized by the principles of Renaissance architecture formulated at the beginning of the 15th century, which have gained importance far beyond the city. Because of its cultural importance - especially for art - Florence is also known as the 'Italian Athens'. An indispensable excursion for all those interested in culture!
