We had a wonderful time staying here as a family! The house was well stocked, clean, and set up for privacy as well as space to gather together by the pool or for a meal. The neighborhood was great for walking and stores were close by. We had great communication from the host. Definitely a place we would return to in the future!

The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly has everything you could need for a comfortable stay.One of the highlights was the space—everyone had their own private bathroom, which made it perfect for a group or family. Wonderful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood on a canal that was perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. Kitchen was well stocked; pool and hot tub perfect. Wonderful Family Stay – Perfect Location and Great Amenities!My family and I stayed at this home for two weeks and had an awesome time! The house is centrally located on the island, just a mile or so from all the great restaurants, bars, and the beach—super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The pool was a fantastic bonus and got a lot of use during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience for all of us, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Property

We were in town for our son’s wedding. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and Jim (owner) was fantastic and very responsive. The layout of the house (sitting area upstairs as well as downstairs, each bedroom with a full bath, beautiful pool and hot tub, dock, large gas grill, separate study) meant folks could gather or have space through out the week. Highly recommended!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Jim’s home was a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation as a family. There was so much space to spread out, yet plenty of areas to come together. We all enjoyed the pool and the views from the dock. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom- making this a great home for both families and friends alike. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy hosting large groups of family and friends, and this home is the perfect setup to entertain everyone while still offering plenty of privacy. We spend as much time in Marco Island as we can, but when we’re not there, we’d love to share our home with others and help create memorable vacations.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. It’s centrally located on Marco Island, making it easy to access beaches, restaurants, and shops, yet it sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, so we can enjoy peace and privacy without worrying about traffic. The waterfront views from the lanai and balcony are incredible, and the layout of the home allows us to entertain family and friends while still having plenty of space for everyone to relax.
