About this property
Casa Emma – At the Foot of the Canigó, a Family Home Between Sea and Mountain
Come discover Casa Emma, a traditional Catalan house located in the picturesque village of Estoher, beneath the majestic Mont Canigó, at the heart of Catalonia.
A house full of history and character.
Built with local stones, Casa Emma is a place of memory and conviviality, having hosted several generations, including Emma, my great-grandmother, and Julien, a farmer and blacksmith. The espaliered garden, which once led down to the river, still bears the traces of its former vegetable garden...
An idyllic setting for your stay:
• Bright living room
• Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer)
• Three comfortable bedrooms
• Bathroom
• Espaliered garden with a kiwi vine, perfect for relaxation or outdoor gatherings.
A privileged location:
From the windows, enjoy breathtaking views of the green hills and the ridges of the Canigó. Casa Emma is also the perfect starting point for unforgettable hikes in the massif and the gorges of the Llech, or to explore the region.
Nearby:
• The Pierres Plates site – Natural swimming spots 10 min away
• Canet-en-Roussillon – Beach 40 min away
• Font-Romeu and ski resorts – 50 min away
• Molitg-les-Bains thermal baths
• Lake of Vinça – Swimming and walking
• The Orgues of Ille-sur-Têt – A must-see
• Prades – The city of Pablo Casals and its festival
• Eus – One of the Most Beautiful Villages in France
• Villefranche de Conflent – A medieval village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site
For all your desires:
Whether you're seeking adventure in the mountains, moments of relaxation by the water, or simply a peaceful place to savor the Catalan way of life, Casa Emma promises you an unforgettable stay.
