We are in close proximity to RMNP, downtown, lake & other activities and restaurants! Our home has high quality furnishings, magnificent lake and mountain views, spacious bedrooms, an open gathering area, a private guest entrance all in a quiet setting. There is a shared laundry.

At Antlerview, you can rest, reconnect and make memories with those you love. Your family and friends will thoroughly enjoy the high quality amenities of our one of a kind Estes Park bed and breakfast. Indulge yourself in the best and have no regrets. Wake up after a glorious rest and enjoy your morning coffee as you gaze out towards Lake Estes. Stroll down to the waters edge and you may just wonder, "what did I do so right to deserve this?" After all, the magnificence of Lake Estes and the surrounding mountains are why you came to Estes Park . Nature is just outside your door for you to enjoy. There is an outdoor seating area overlooking the lake and the mountains beyond. Also there is a grill for you to prepare something special for your family.

The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the views are unparalleled. The kitchen is modern, high quality and a great place to gather. Laundry amenities are available in the upstairs area upon request. The living area, if you have to be inside, is outfitted with comfortable seating surfaces and views that make you realize why you heeded the call to the mountains!

horseback riding, putt-putt, rod & reel fishing, boating at the marina, enjoying a picnic at the covered pavilion, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle-boating, renting bicycles, walking along the Lake Estes Trail, golfing, fly-fishing, shopping downtown, and more! Many birds can be seen around the lake area including bald eagles. Elk are abundant and can be viewed most days along the Lake Estes Trail and at the nearby golf course. Enjoy the 3.8-mile lake trail loop for some exercise, and then relax on the porch as you gaze at the incredible snow-capped peaks of the Rockies.
Just minutes to the Rocky Mountain National Park where wildlife abounds, and many hiking trails to choose from.

Great stay

The property is like a ground floor condo. The owners are upstairs but they are amazing. So accommodating and warm. There is no washer an dryer in the unit but the owners will let you use theirs. Beautiful location and we loved the property.

This is not a house!

This is a very lovely, clean basement apartment with a wonderful view and the owners live upstairs. There is a washer and dryer in their part of the house. As long as you are comfortable with having owners onsite this is a wonderful place to stay, but when we booked the listing was very unclear about the situation. There is also no A/C but it stays relatively comfortable with the dry climate.

Wonderful place!

This is an absolutely beautiful home that is right on the lake, as pictured! The inside is immaculate, modern, light, and well stocked. It feels brand new. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything needed and more. The owners were very kind. It was a lovely place to spend 9 nights! We have to admit, however, that we didn't understand what the "B&B" aspect of the listing meant. Perhaps in our naivety, we thought breakfast was dropped off on certain days or something--we really didn't think twice about it. So we were surprised when we arrived and realized that the rental is just the downstairs portion of the large house you see in the pictures of the listing. We had just assumed that we were renting a full house. Perhaps most other people know this is what "B&B" means, which is why we don't want to subtract from the overall rating. But for those, like us, who wouldn't realize they aren't getting a full house to themselves (especially for the money), we feel the listing should state this explicitly. We would not have rented if we had known this was the case. To be clear, it has nothing to do with the owners--they were wonderful. But we have 3 teens who can be quite loud and it felt like we spent the week telling them to keep their voices down, etc. We could also hear people upstairs. So it felt more like staying in a very luxurious downstairs apartment than renting a house. Again, the house is gorgeous. We just think the listing should be more clear.
