The Vista of Lake Estes Experience
As the name indicates, it all starts with the location. Vista of Lake Estes is located just 300 yards from the shores of Lake Estes where visitors enjoy kayaking, Boating, paddle boarding, fly fishing, walking, jogging, biking and more! Plus, the Estes Park Marina is less than 1,500 yards away. Whether you have your own boat or choose to rent one, boating on Lake Estes offers a serene way to experience the beauty and serene way to experience the beauty and views of Estes Park and its surroundings. You'll feel a million miles away from civilization even though you're in the heart of it.
Outdoor Living at Vista of Lake Estes
Do you enjoy a round of golf while relaxing in the rarified mountain air? Vista of Lake Estes is just 100 yards from Hole No. 2 at the Lake Estes 9-Hole & Disc Golf Course. And the Lake Estes walking/hiking/bike trail is just 500 yards away. Located in the center of Estes Valley, the Lake Estes Trail acts as a central trail hub for an extensive trail network throughout the Estes area and Rocky Mountain National Park. The approximately 4-mile long trail is managed by the Estes Valley Parks and Recreation District.

The expansive deck overlooks Lakes Estes and the golf course, which happens to be where elk gather to rut in the fall, and females calve in the spring. There's a good chance you will see elk and deer within 20 yards of the home, while sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Experience the stunning 180 degree panorama, including views of Twin Sisters, Prospect Mountain, Lake Estes and more; plus views of the Mummy Range from the side of the house. You are a short walk into town, so no need to worry about parking issues, and a 6 minute walk to Lake Estes and the Lake Estes Hiking Trail. Both entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park are less than 15 minutes away (don't forget your timed-entry reservation). Just two blocks away, there is also a stop on the Estes Park free shuttle when it is running in high season.
The Main Level
The main level of the home has multiple large windows so viewing is non-stop. You'll find comfortable sofas, chairs and a dining table that easily seats 8 and can accommodate 10 with additional leaf. The home sleeps 8, with one bedroom in the basement, the master on main level and the third on the upper level. Each has a quality queen bed, plus there is a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa in the basement. It also has a whole house attic fan for those rare warm days; quiet and efficient.

Vista of Lake Estes offers a modern kitchen that's fully stocked with all of the accoutrements you'll need to prepare the family's favorite recipes. Slow cook a stew while you are out and about, make waffles, or cook a big pot of pasta! A gas grill sits on the deck, where you can also dine outside. And, the hot tub on the side of the home is great after a day of hiking!
