About this property

Walking distance to some of the best restaurants on 17th Ave Restaurant Row. Central Location walkable to Downtown, Hospital District, and City Park. The backyard is a fully enclosed and totally private secret garden sanctuary with a gas fire pit, gas grill, koi pond, and multiple seating areas.
The front bedroom has a very comfortable futon bed or can be used as an office with a computer station. Gigabit Internet is available throughout the whole house and backyard.
There is a full bathroom off the kitchen with a Jetted shower/tub. The rear bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower only. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven and a convection oven combo microwave. There is a fully automatic Espresso machine to make the perfect cappuccino. A Washer, Dryer, and ironing station are in the utility room off the kitchen.
There is room for at least two (three is possible) cars to park in private off-street spots at rear of the house.

Charming house!

This is a beautifully remodeled house just off 17th Ave, very well appointed and comfortable. Located within walking distance to many great restaurants, breakfast spots, breweries and bars, this a great area to explore. City Park, the Botanic Garden, and the Denver Zoo are close by and worth exploring. The host was responsive and helpful during our stay; we can't wait to return!
