The rental is super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great- just off Broadway where you can walk to so many stores/restaurants and bars. The owner responds to emails very quickly. Only downside is the stairs to the entrance. Definitely will stay there again!

This property was really well located for our purposes. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Centrally.located for visiting things we wanted to do in Denver. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Just quirky enough to have character.

Great stay

We booked this place for one night as we wanted to visit the Christmas light display at the Denver Botanical gardens. The location was just a short ride share ride away. Elizabeth, the host, was incredibly easy to work with and was a quick and efficient communicator. Having found out that my wife and I, along with the other couple we went with, are big brewery people, Elizabeth recommended a couple places to visit and they did not disappoint. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for a one night stay for four people. Having only one bathroom I’m not sure we would stay more than a couple nights with four of us (maybe I’m a primadonna), but all of us would have been perfectly fine if we did do a second night there. The unit had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The biggest thing was that there was enough basic supplies to last the weekend; and yea, we have been to places where we had to go to the store to buy paper towels and/or toilet paper. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. Beds were comfortable and clean. Great location with walking distance to several restaurants, night clubs and breweries. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here because of the location, its so close to everything and the fact there was parking. A few issues though, The bed though is not comfortable in the main room at all. My husband is 6'2 240, it did not accommodate his size, the pillows just fall between the headboard all night long, so the bed and headboard really need to be updated. The internet wasn't working so we had to use the hotspotour so we had to use hotspot to watch the tv. Something's wrong with the TV, it just shuts off at random times. Found a zyn pouch stuck to the table in the room.

Perfect for what we needed

My brother and I just needed a place to stay near downtown for a quick visit, and this little guest house was perfect for this. Everything was clean and cozy. I also really enjoyed the easy walkability of this area.

Can’t say enough about how well appointed this place was. Not only was it updated and clean but every detail was covered to make you feel at home. From comfortable beds/pillows, paper towels, tissues, tp, all soaps/detergents, shampoo/conditioner and even sunscreen! The host was easily reached and tended to the TV remote issue we had immediately We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to all

My cousin and I went to Denver for a concert. The two bedroom one bath was perfect for us. Super cute place! Numerous restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend BurnDown. It was so good that we ate there twice. Host responded immediately. Highly recommend this property!

Great neighborhood near Downtown

This is an amazing property in a hip Denver neighborhood. The host was very responsive to a minor problem, fixed right away. Pretty steep stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. Would absolutely stay here again. it was fixed.
